What changes when the trial ends or you downgrade
The limits of the lower plan apply at once. Your published pages stay live and nothing is deleted.
When the trial ends, or a paid plan ends or moves to a cheaper one, the limits of the new plan apply at once. Nothing is deleted. Upgrade again and the higher limits come back.
Your SmartLink and pre-save pages
- Pages you published stay live, also when you have more than Free allows.
- On Free you can publish a new page only while fewer than 3 are live. Unpublish a page to make room.
- On Free your pages show the Music24 badge.
- A custom domain needs Manager or Label. On a lower plan it pauses until you upgrade again.
Your artists, follows and data
- Artists and follows you already have stay. You cannot add a new artist or follow until you are under the limit of the new plan.
- Charts show only the history the new plan allows. Free shows 7 days of playlist data and 7 days of Spotify for Artists and Deezer data.
- Browse credits, scheduled posts, video credits and AI insights drop to the numbers of the new plan. Free has 5 browse credits a day and 10 scheduled posts a month.
- Features of a higher plan, such as geo filters, CSV export or the API, lock until you upgrade again.
Reports and alerts
Free gets the weekly digest. The daily report, playlist-add alerts and mover alerts need Artist, Manager or Label.
Questions
Do my pages go offline if I downgrade?
No. Pages you published stay live. On Free they show the Music24 badge, and a custom domain pauses until you upgrade again.
Does Music24 delete my data on the Free plan?
No. A downgrade deletes nothing. You see less history and can add less, and everything comes back when you upgrade.
I added several artists in the trial. What happens on Free?
Your artists stay, but Free includes 1 artist, so you cannot add another one. Upgrade to add more.
