Stop report emails

Click Unsubscribe at the bottom of the email. It works at once, with no sign-in. Or use Settings → Notifications.

Every digest, alert, trial and post pack email has an Unsubscribe link at the bottom. The link stops that kind of email at once. You do not have to sign in.

Click Unsubscribe at the bottom of the email. A Music24 page opens in your browser.
On that page, click Unsubscribe. The page tells you which emails stop.

Your mail app may show its own Unsubscribe button next to the sender. That button works too, with one click and no page.

What each link stops

Digests: the link sets your digest to Off. The daily and the weekly report stop.
Alerts: the link switches off both Email me when something moves and Email me when a playlist adds me.
Trial emails: the link stops the email the day before your trial ends, the email when your account moves to Free, and the two tips emails 3 and 14 days later.
Post packs from Promote: the link stops the email for each post that is due on a channel we cannot post to. The posts still wait in the calendar for you. See Calendar and post statuses.
Sign-in codes and team invites have no unsubscribe link. They come only when you or a teammate ask for them.

Use the settings instead

Sign in and open Settings → Notifications.
Under Digest, pick Off. Switch off Email me when something moves and Email me when a playlist adds me. Under Plan and posting emails, switch off Plan and trial emails and Post pack emails.
Click Save changes.

To get any of these emails again, turn them back on in Settings → Notifications and click Save changes. The trial emails are under Plan and trial emails, the post packs under Post pack emails.

An unsubscribe is per person. It stops your emails of that kind in every workspace you belong to. Other members keep their own settings. When you delete your account, we stop all of them. See Change your email reports.

Got an email about a release you pre-saved? That email is from the artist’s pre-save page, not from a Music24 account. Click the unsubscribe link in it. You need no account for that.

How do I unsubscribe from Music24 report emails?

Click Unsubscribe at the bottom of a report email, then click Unsubscribe on the page that opens. You do not have to sign in.

I clicked Unsubscribe in one email. Why do other Music24 emails still come?

Each link stops one kind of email. A digest link does not stop alerts, for example. Click Unsubscribe in an email of the other kind too, or use Settings → Notifications.
