Your data rights (GDPR)

How to see, correct, export or delete your Music24 data, and how to object to how we use it.

Music24 is run by Hernas OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia. Under the EU GDPR you have rights over your personal data, and you can use them at any time.

Make a request

Email [email protected] from the address of your Music24 account, so we know the request is yours. Say which right you want to use. We answer within one month.

You do not need to ask us to delete your account: you can do it yourself, and it happens at once. See Delete your account and What deletion removes and what it keeps.

Not happy with our answer?

You can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate at www.aki.ee, or to the data protection authority where you live.

Age

You must be at least 16 to use Music24. If a child under 16 gave us personal data, email [email protected] and we delete it.
