Workspaces: one login, many teams

Your account has a workspace of its own, and an invite adds other teams to it. You switch between them with one login.

A workspace holds artists, SmartLinks, pre-saves, Promote campaigns, follows and one plan. Every Music24 account starts with a workspace of its own, your home workspace. You are its owner.

When someone invites you to their team, their workspace is added to your account. You keep your own workspace, its artists and its plan. One login opens all of them.

What a workspace shares

Its artists, pages and campaigns. Every member works on the same ones.
Its follows. The artists, tracks and playlists one member follows show for every member, and the follow limits count the whole workspace.
Its plan. Inside a workspace you get the limits of that workspace plan, not of your own. Only the owner chooses and pays for it.
Its reports. Daily and weekly emails come once per workspace, with the workspace name in the subject.

Where to switch

In the browser: open the artist menu at the top of the sidebar. The Workspaces list sits above your artists. On a phone screen it is in the account sheet.
In the iPhone and Android apps: open Settings from your avatar. The workspaces show under your account, at the top of Settings.
Settings → Team → Your workspaces lists every workspace with a Switch button.

The Workspaces list shows only when you belong to two or more. A switch changes the artists, follows and plan you see, and opens Home. See Rename and switch workspaces.

Questions

Do I lose my own artists when I join a team?

No. Joining a team never moves or changes your own workspace. It stays in your workspace menu with its artists and plan.

Can I be in more than one team?

Yes. Accept an invite from each team. Every workspace you join shows in the same list.

Which plan applies when I work in a team?

The plan of the workspace you have open. Your own plan applies again when you switch back to your own workspace.
